Amsterdam, The Netherlands (October 2003) – Tommy Hilfiger Europe B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation, announced today the launch of Men’s and Women’s golf for spring 2004. The new Tommy Hilfiger Golf apparel collection debuts at professional golf shops and resort apparel stores across Europe in January 2004. The collection will be worn by exciting, upcoming European golf stars Jamie Elson, Johan Edfors and Zane Scotland in competition on the European Tour – in Tommy Hilfiger’s first ever European golf apparel sponsorships.

In addition to golf separates such as shirts, trousers, sweaters, skirts, tops and outerwear, the line will include accessories such as: golf bags, golf gloves, umbrellas, pro V1 balls and golf tee tins.

The men’s golf collection stays true to the spirit of Tommy Hilfiger Sport with technical fabrics in fashionable designs with signature Tommy details. The core colour scheme is signature Tommy red, white and blue with seasonal shades, such as ‘biscuit’ and ‘Fiji green’ to be introduced for fall. Fabrics, such as combed wool and Modal rayon, allow for comfort and flexibility, and logo embellishments make the women’s golf collection stand out from the competition. The colour scheme consists of the signature red, white and blue and will incorporate new colours, including pink Malibu and new black for a modern and feminine twist.
