Lagardère’s Olivier Guiguet Appointed Interim CEO of SPORTFIVE
Hamburg / March 8, 2007 – Now that the Lagardère Group’s acquisition of SPORTFIVE has been completed, the management structure of the latter has changed.
SPORTFIVE’s two Chief Executive Officers Alain Krzentowski and Philip Cordes, as well as Gilles Moretton, Executive Vice President in France, have decided to leave the company with immediate effect in order to focus on new challenges in the future. SPORTFIVE wishes them all the best for their personal and professional lives.
Olivier Guiguet will serve as the interim Chief Executive Officer of SPORTFIVE Group, with the support of Stéphane Schindler, Chief Operating Officer, Lagardère Sports, the Lagardère subdivision into which SPORTFIVE has been incorporated. Olivier Guiguet will also continue to function as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Sports.
Erika Tertilt, Chief Financial Officer SPORTFIVE, as well as Executive Vice Presidents Thomas Röttgermann and Robert Müller von Vultejus at SPORTFIVE headquarters in Hamburg, Stefan Felsing at SPORTFIVE’s office in Geneva and Andrew Croker in the UK have been confirmed in their current positions. Francis Graille and Christophe Bouchet will join SPORTFIVE in Paris’ headquarters as Executive Vice Presidents.
