Sportfive, the leading football and sports rights agency has announced a re-organisation of its management structure.

Bernd Hoffmann, the General Manager of Sportfive Germany and COO of Sportfive SA, the holding company, leaves the company with effect from December 2, 2002.

Robert Müller von Vultejus has been designated General Manager of Sportfive GmbH.

Philip Cordes becomes COO of Sportfive SA responsible for the International TV Rights, based in Paris.

Jérôme Valcke, COO of Sportfive SA, will also leave the company within the next weeks.

Jean-Louis Dutaret stays as COO of the company.

A year after the implementation of the merger (December 18, 2001), Jean-Claude Darmon, Chairman and CEO with the full support of the shareholders (RTL Group and Groupe Canal+) has decided to accelerate and strengthen the development of the Group and to simplify its organization.

Philip Cordes, 35, Head of TV Rights and Senior Vice President of Sportfive GmbH has been with the company since 1993.

Robert Müller von Vultejus, 33, former head of TV rights of Sportfive GmbH and Senior Vice President along with Philip Cordes has been with the company since 1994.
