London Wasps Rugby Club would like to announce the appointment of David Davies as the club’s new Chief Executive Officer. Davies, the former Queens Park Rangers Football Club CEO, takes over from Alistair McLean.

Davies is no stranger to the club as during Wasps’ time at Loftus Road, he was its CEO from August 2000 until June 2001.

Speaking on his appointment, Davies said, ‘I’m really excited at being given the opportunity to rejoin London Wasps as this club has so much potential. We have seen what it can do on the field. Building on the success of the
last couple of years, I believe we can mirror it and take the club into the next stage of what is an exciting period in English Rugby’.

London Wasps would like to thank Alistair McLean for his contribution to the club and wish him well for his future endeavours.
