The Australian family track development team compiled of Ron, Jeremy and Heath Dickson whom are responsible for bringing to the Champ Car World Series the three largest and most successful events (Mexico City, Mexico, Surfers
Paradise, Australia and Monterrey, Mexico) have resigned from Forsythe Racing Inc. and are venturing towards independency, the move was agreed to by Gerry Forsythe.

‘We wish to thank Mr Gerald Forsythe for our five years at Forsythe Racing Inc. It’s been a pleasure working with Gerry and all involved within his motorsports departments. It has been our honour representing Forsythe Racing Inc. and we wish everyone the best’, stated Jeremy.

‘We have decided to move ourselves into a more independent role, this decision was a very difficult one and took many hours of consideration, however we are confident that our new venture will move us towards our long term goals for both the series and ourselves. We have some very large events on the drawing board which will be as advanced and become as successful and the previous. The full details of
our new venture will be available soon via our website. We wish Forsythe Racing Inc. continued success, and would like to thank Mr Forsythe for allowing us to be a part of
his organisation’ stated Ron.

Along with the move to independency Champ Car recognized that D3’s previous events have met and exceeded the levels of track quality and specifications and as such have granted approval for D3 Motorsport Development to be a preferred track developer for the Series.
