AllSports.com, the internet’s first community network for sports and related sites, has today announced a strategic partnership with SportsFeed.com, a leading provider of wireless and Internet sports content. As part of the partnership, AllSports’ members sites will be able to supplement their unique content with live scores, headline news, customized sports coverage packages, photo coverage, and wireless expansion, all to be provided by SportsFeed.com.

Allsports welcomes any site formerly associated with Rivals that is not bound by any contract with the Rivals Network. This invitation offers the ability to quickly and efficiently establish a web presence as a part of AllSports and to continue and expand sports coverage without interruption. AllSports and SportsFeed will jointly recruit publishers not under contract to provide unique content regarding teams, sports activities, recruiting, sports humor, trivia, fantasy, and any other content that has a sports theme to join Allsports.

‘I am very excited about working with SportsFeed.com. Their years of expertise in the area of both content and wireless will allow AllSports to offer all of our publishers more opportunities and tools than have ever been available to them in the past,’ says Jerry Preeper, President of AllSports. ‘Combining this technology and content with the AllSports community tools already in place offers a new and refreshing choice to both large and small publishers within our network.’

‘SportsFeed.com is proud of our reputation as a leader in all area’s of cutting technology and we look forward to being a key player in this new network,’ says Ron Levi, President of National Telemedia Corporation. ‘Our staff and tech team will compliment our content team making this project a world class winner. We are very happy to be working with AllSports and this will be big for all of us.’

Since 1994 AllSports.com has been offering visitors a unique variety of sports content not found elsewhere on the Internet through its network of site publishers and over 400 contributing columnists.

In addition, AllSports.com offers member sites covering targeted team and other sports related topics the tools to easily and quickly deliver news and other dynamic features to their visitors, while maintaining enough flexibility to customize the members’ sites look and feel to match their visitor’s specific needs. A variety of community building tools are already available to member sites, including an administration tool for adding story content quickly and easily and feature-laden, highly-customizable message boards, as well as other features.

AllSports will also begin offering membership management services for premium content almost immediately and will oversee future development of newsletter management, free email services, site personalization, e-commerce and merchandising opportunities, and content syndication services for both the Internet and wireless applications in conjunction with SportsFeed. AllSports and SportsFeed together will work together with the publishers to develop revenue sharing plans that make sense for both the network providers and all the member sites.

SportsFeed provides award-winning wireless content to a number of wireless clients including Qwest and AT&T. SportsFeed, a division of National Telemedia Corp. (NTM) and winner of the First Wappy award for best sports content on wireless by cellmania.com, has extensive background in software design for both Internet and wireless applications and has designed it’s own state of the art server systems. SportsFeed, through its parent company NTM, has access to extensive bandwidth.

In addition, NTM has also developed many profitable Internet applications using in house designed revenue models that have proven track records and has pioneered web site based audio and video streaming. This expertise will be shared in this partnership.

‘We have been looking for just this kind of network! I was looking for the flexibility and the tools needed to take my site to the next level. What clinched this for me was their ability to now help us with subscription-based content.’
