Red Bull Sim Racing, the Formula 1 (F1) motor racing heavyweights’ esports team, has announced a partnership with US headwear company New Era as the team’s exclusive headwear and apparel partner.
The multi-year deal will be marked by the release of a co-branded lifestyle range that Red Bull Sim Racing drivers will wear outside of competition, alongside a new range of headwear and team performance wear set to be released in late 2024.
The partnership will also see New Era produce Red Bull Sim Racing Team apparel throughout the term, including beanies, caps, jerseys, hoodies, and sweatpants, all of which will be available to purchase from New Era and Red Bull Racing online stores and outlets.
The agreement builds on New Era's existing tie-up with the Red Bull F1 team, becoming its headwear partner in the 2023 season.
Joe Soltysik, esports lead of Red Bull Racing, said: “We have seen excellent growth in our sim racing fan base, and we are delighted to be able to offer team merchandise. We are very excited about what this partnership will bring.”
New Era also recently extended and expanded its partnership with fellow F1 team McLaren through a multi-year renewal.
