The next five finals of the T100 Triathlon World Tour series will all take place in Qatar, it has been unveiled.
Through a partnership between the organizing Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), Visit Qatar, the World Triathlon body, and the Qatar Triathlon Federation, the 2025 edition will be held in Doha between December 11 and 13.
It will also be known as the Qatar T100 Triathlon World Championship Final.
The inaugural edition of the competition last year was held in Dubai. That series launched last January as a joint venture between the PTO and World Triathlon.
Sam Renouf, chief executive at the PTO, said: “We’ve been very clear with our strategy for the T100 Triathlon World Tour to visit iconic locations, along with our desire to position the series as a race to one ‘hero’ destination, as happens in many other professional sports.”
He added: “This five-year partnership with Visit Qatar allows us to do exactly that, with the season-long series now being known as the T100 Race to Qatar in one of the fastest growing, family-friendly, tourist destinations in the world.”

By GlobalDataThe PTO was originally formed in 2014, with the agreement of a funding deal with venture capitalist Michael Moritz in 2020 one of the main factors behind its expansion and growth in recent years.
Last October, the organization extended and expanded its relationship with Two Circles, the UK-based sports marketing agency. Two Circles is now in charge of selling sponsorship rights for the T100 Triathlon World Tour.
The 2025 T100 Triathlon World Tour, comprising nine races, will begin in Singapore in early April, before visiting destinations such as San Francisco, Vancouver, London, Las Vegas, and Dubai, before the Qatar finale.
