New York City FC (NYCFC), of North American soccer’s MLS, and Capital Rx, the health technology company, have announced that Capital Rx will be NYCFC's official sleeve partner in a multi-year deal.
As part of the tie-up, the Capital Rx logo will feature on the right sleeve of NYCFC’s first team jerseys, and the company will also have a significant presence in-stadium at home matches, on NYCFC's digital channels, and locally through City in the Community, the nonprofit organization supported by NYCFC, and through the club’s existing marquee events and initiatives.
The partnership was sourced and facilitated by Klutch Sports Group's property sales division.
Brad Sims, NYCFC chief executive, said: "We are excited to welcome a like-minded, New York company in Capital Rx as our new official sleeve partner of New York City FC. We are proud to be part of their first steps into sports and cannot wait to start working collaboratively to continue serving the people of New York."
Capital Rx co-founder and chief executive AJ Loiacono added: "Capital Rx's roots are in New York. Having grown up in the tri-state area and with soccer a major influence on my life, this partnership with NYCFC and the opportunity to amplify the work our team is and has been doing while positively impacting the local community carries special meaning."
NYCFC are part of City Football Group, the parent company of English Premier League giants Manchester City and multiple other clubs around the world.

Last year, NYCFC hired architects HOK and general contractor Turner Construction Company to build its new stadium in Queens.
The 23-acre (93,000-sq m) site earmarked for the stadium is owned by New York City (NYC) and will be leased to the club and “a development team that includes Hudson Yards developer Related Companies and Sterling Equities.”
The new project ends a decade-long search by NYCFC for a stadium, with the club having played at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx since its inaugural season in 2015 despite having only initially intended to spend three seasons there.
