The Los Angeles Rams franchise of American football’s NFL has announced a partnership with US human capital management firm Paycor.

Through the deal, Paycor will serve as the official human resources (HR) and payroll provider for the team, its SoFi Stadium home, and its Hollywood Park mixed-use development.

Paycor will apply its services across the trio of businesses to “streamline workflows” and “modernize” business operations.

As a part of the agreement, Paycor will be present across LA Rams home games at SoFi Stadium via signage, around hospitality offerings, and through activations around the home fixtures.

Paycor also becomes the official presenting partner of the Rams’ VIP pre-game tailgating experience “the House”.

Raul Villar, Jr. Paycor chief executive, stated: “We want these organizations to focus on their core competency… Paycor can help by automating critical back-office work, streamlining administration, and providing data and insights to modernize people management."

Chris Sloan, head of global partnerships at SoFi Stadium & Hollywood Park, added: “Paycor's innovative solutions optimizing our internal processes will help move the organization to greater achievements. We look forward to bringing Paycor into the fold to enhance our operations at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.”

Paycor adds to the growing number of Rams commercial partners. Last August, the Rams secured a partnership with vacation cruise line Princess Cruises as another commercial partner.

The deal with the Rams increases Paycor's presence in the NFL as it also has a long-term stadium naming rights agreement with the Cincinnati Bengals.
