Italian soccer giants Inter Milan and Italian luxury menswear brand Canali have announced a three-year partnership, designating Canali as Inter’s official formal wear partner.

The deal will debut in the 2024-25 season, where the Inter players will wear two different outfits designed by Canali, one for the spring, and one for the winter.

Additionally, Inter manager Simone Inzaghi, his management team, and staff from the 2023-24 Serie A champions will also have their own separate formal outfit designed by Canali.

The outfits will have the Canali logo and the Inter badge combined into one logo.

Canali replaces Moncler, the global luxury fashion brand, as Inter’s official formal wear partner, with the latter brand having signed a three-year deal in 2021.

The deal led to a dispute between Inter Milan and sportswear brand Nike, according to reports at the time.

According to reports from Italian media, NIKE, which has supplied Inter’s kit since 2014,, believed that Inter’s deal with Moncler represented a violation of its own agreement with the Milanese giants through covering the same clothing-based territory and rights.

Other Inter commercial partners, meanwhile, include Qatar Airways and Betsson.

Inter won last season's Serie A by an impressive 19 points, with cross-city rivals AC Milan in second place, and begin their title defence away to Genoa on August 17.
