The Hard Rock Stadium venue in Miami, the Miami Dolphins franchise of the NFL, and the South Florida Motorsports (SFM) promoter, have all announced an expanded partnership with telecommunications giant Verizon.
The expanded multi-year agreement builds on Verizon's longstanding partnership with the Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, which began in 2017, adding to the deal a broader level of integration across the entire venue and its premier events.
This includes a new partnership with the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, held at the track which wraps around the Hard Rock Stadium, where Verizon will provide additional resources and branding presence across the campus during the race weekend from May 2 to 4.
Verizon will also play a larger role in supporting the Dolphins' community initiatives, including the Football Unites Jason Jenkins Day of Service and the Dolphins Cancer Challenge.
The expanded partnership with SFM, meanwhile, includes an increase in Verizon branding across the Miami International Autodrome, an exclusive activation within the Paddock Club, and fan experiences across race weekends.
Verizon has provided its 5G services to the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium since the inaugural F1 Miami Grand Prix took place in 2022.
