Globant, the digital consultant and software firm, has agreed a deal to sponsor soccer’s upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup (WWC) in Australia and New Zealand 2023.
The partnership draws from the existing multi-year deal between Globant and FIFA for their FIFA+ streaming platform and for the support of FIFA's flagship global events.
As part of that partnership, Globant became the official regional supporter for North America and Europe for the men's 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, an official sponsor of several FIFAe Cups, and an official tournament supporter of the U17 and U20 men's and women's World Cups, respectively.

The deal follows partnerships with other leading sports organizations such as Spanish soccer’s top-tier LaLiga and NBA’s LA Clippers.
Meanwhile, Montreal-based bank BMO Financial has been named as an official supporter of the WWC in North America.
FIFA’s chief business officer, Romy Gai, said: "We are delighted to welcome BMO as a tournament supporter for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023. BMO's commitment to women's sports aligns perfectly with FIFA's vision of empowering female athletes and making this tournament the greatest women’s sports event in history.”

The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 will begin on July 20 at Eden Park when New Zealand play against Norway.
BMO is also the official bank for the 2023 Concacaf Nations League Finals and the 2023 Gold Cup.
