BetVictor, the international betting company, will continue its title sponsorship of eight World Snooker Tour (WST) events for the 2023-24 season after renewing its partnership with World Snooker, the sport’s commercial arm.
Under the renewal, BetVictor will continue as the title sponsor of the Home Nations Series in the UK, which comprises the English Open in Brentwood (October 2 to 8), the Northern Ireland Open in Belfast (October 22 to 29), the Scottish Open in Edinburgh (December 11 to 17), and the Welsh Open in Llandudno (February 12 to 18, 2024).
All four events will carry the BetVictor name as they did in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons.
Other 2023-24 season tournaments that will be sponsored by BetVictor include the Champions League in Leicester (June 26 to July 21), the European Masters in Nuremberg, Germany (August 22 to 27), the Shoot Out in Wales (December 7 to 10), and German Masters in Berlin (January 29 to February 4, 2024)
As with previous years, the player earning the most money across the series will receive a bonus of £150,000 ($179,000).
Sam Boswell, head of sponsorship for BetVictor, said: “We are delighted to continue our long-standing sponsorship of Snooker with eight BetVictor titled tournaments and of course the BetVictor £150,000 bonus race, which has been incredibly popular with players since its creation in 2020. We are looking forward to some great drama on the table over the next 12 months.”
