TMRW Sports, the tech-focused sports, media, and entertainment venture founded by golf stars Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy and sports industry executive Mike McCarley, has announced a trio of senior executive appointments to bolster its leadership team.
The company has added Jarrett Dube as chief marketing officer (CMO), Jeff Neubarth as vice president of media production, and Ashley Chalk as vice president of global partnerships.
In his role as CMO, Dube will be responsible for setting the brand vision for TMRW Sports, its TGL golf league, and driving strategic growth across all platforms. He will report to McCarley.
Dube is a marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience across the sports, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, and technology categories, both domestic and international at or with major brands and agency partners, including Samsung, NIKE, Coca-Cola, American Express, ESPN, Caesars Sportsbook, Fanatics, Creative Artists Agency, Wieden + Kennedy, Grey Advertising, and Digitas.
Neubarth, meanwhile, will oversee all aspects of pre and post-production of TGL events. He will work closely with TGL’s global media partners to creatively leverage partner platforms and create content strategies.
He most recently produced the first five editions of ‘The Match’ exhibition golf event on TNT.

He has extensive experience in golf production serving in roles with Golf Channel, and Fox Sports, while he also had a stint at ESPN where he produced everything from golf to NBA basketball and baseball's MLB.
Chalk joins TMRW Sports from the Chip Ganassi Racing team where she was vice president of business development.
She has more than 18 years of experience in sales and marketing in sports and entertainment.
Prior to Ganassi, Chalk was the vice president of partnerships at Complexity Gaming, the North American esports organization, and senior director of global partnerships at FELD Entertainment.
She will report to Katy Mollica, who was appointed as senior vice president and head of global partnerships in December.
In addition, TMRW Sports has also added the following team members: Kara Baker (director of digital operations and product from NBC Sports), Austin Embry (director of cyber security from the NFL), Ian Mutch (gameplay business analyst from the Jacksonville Jaguars), Caitlin Norgard (program management director from Fanatics), Rossana Oyola (director of corporate IT from DRMP), Wendy Smith (lead recruiter from Nike), and Patrick Surlis (director of digital content from Gambling.com).
TMRW Sports was unveiled in August last year, having been founded in 2021. It is aimed at harnessing technology to build progressive approaches to sports, media, and entertainment.
Its first planned project is the TGL, a tech-infused, stadium-based golf league that is being developed in partnership with US golf’s prestigious PGA Tour.
Last month, the venture brought major music industry figures Justin Bieber, DJ Khaled, Macklemore, Jake Owen, and Darius Rucker on board its growing investor group.
