
On Location, the premium hospitality and experiences company, has appointed experienced sports industry executive Shawn Doss to the role of chief revenue officer.
Doss, who will begin in the role in May, joins from sports and entertainment agency Elevate Sports Ventures, where he had served since 2018.
In his new role, Doss will oversee On Location’s global sales structure and look to optimize revenue opportunities across its business.
This will include control over ticketing, pricing, and yield management to enhance the growth trajectory of the business.
Speaking on his appointment, On Location chief operating officer Ed Horne stated: “Shawn’s front-line strategic sales and business development experience will power new commercial strategies and further growth across our company.
“His first-class relationships across the industry, track record of innovation, and delivery of transformative results for global clients, is one of the strongest in our industry.”
Having been a founding member of Elevate’s senior leadership team, Doss was elevated to the role of chief business officer for international operations at the firm in 2022.
During that time he had also served as a consultant to Al Guido, Elevate chiar and chief executive, in the latter’s capacity as the president of the San Francisco 49ers National Football League franchise.
Prior to this, Doss held a number of prominent roles across sports properties including a role as a consultant with prominent Spanish soccer side Atletico Madrid and agency Legends.
On Location, alongside the heavyweight agency IMG and the Professional Bull Riders sports property, was recently sold by owner Endeavor to the possession of the TKO sports vehicle, which itself is Endeavor owned.
Endeavor has owned On Location, which is the official hospitality provider for top-tier sporting events such as American football's Super Bowl, as a majority stakeholder since January 2020.
Among others, On Location is the official hospitality provider for the Olympic Games, including the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 winter games, which is now less than 365 days away, and the company has launched hospitality packages for the event.
