Sportdigital Fussball launches new app

The Sportdigital+ app provides full access to linear TV programming across both Sportdigital channels.

Sportdigital+ is available on Apple and Android, with a release on smart TVs planned for the near future (SportDigital).

German pay-TV sports channel Sportdigital has launched a new digital platform to provide further access to its sports content. 

The Sportdigital+ app provides full access to linear TV programming across both Sportdigital channels, all live matches from over 20 soccer competitions, and the broadcaster's media library.

The soccer competitions include England's Carabao Cup, Spanish Copa del Rey, Africa Cup of Nations, Copa America, and the Dutch Eredivisie.

Additionally, users will have access to select other live streams of matches, the FAST channel scooore, which is otherwise only available via the Samsung streaming service TV Plus, and the action sports channel EDGESport.

Sportdigital+ is available on Apple and Android, with a release on smart TVs planned for the near future.

The pay-TV sports channel has been expanding its online offering, also launching the Sportdigital Fussball dedicated soccer channel for YouTube Primetime Channels subscribers.

In February, the broadcaster expanded its partnership with global sports streaming service DAZN.
