OneSoccer, the dedicated soccer streaming platform run by Mediapro Canada, the regional subsidiary of the Spanish sports media rights and production agency, has acquired exclusive domestic rights to the 2023-24 Concacaf Nations League men’s national teams competition.

The deal will see OneSoccer show coverage of at least one group stage match per round in September and October, with all remaining matches available on a delayed basis. The platform will also air the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final live alongside studio programming focusing on the Canada men’s national team’s performances.

Canada is one of the top seeds in the tournament alongside the US, Mexico, and Costa Rica and is due to enter the tournament at the quarter-final stage in November, with home and away matches scheduled for November 16 and 17, as well as November 20 and 21. The semi-finals, third-place match, and final are due to be held in March 2024.

Heidi Pellerano, chief commercial officer at Concacaf, said: “We are thrilled that OneSoccer has agreed to continue its partnership with Concacaf, which is a testament to its unwavering commitment to bringing the excitement of the Concacaf Nations League to fans in Canada.

“As we renew this agreement, we look forward to elevating the viewing experience and reaching even greater heights.”

This latest deal marks the third consecutive time OneSoccer has held rights to the pan-regional competition. Canada were runners up in last year’s final against the US.

The current edition will serve as the qualifying tournament for next year's Copa America competition, which will be held in the US in June and July next year.

The rights add to OneSoccer’s growing portfolio which includes the domestic Canadian Premier League and annual Canadian Championship tournament, the Dutch Erevisie, the Chinese Super League, Manchester City TV, Concacaf national team and club competitions, and the Canada men’s and women’s national team qualifiers and friendlies.
