Formula E, the all-electric single-seater motor racing series, has unveiled a record race calendar for its 11th season and several new locations.
The series will have a 17-race season for the first time across 11 venues.
Most notably, Monaco will debut on the Formula E calendar with separate back-to-back races on the full Circuit de Monaco.
The 2024-25 season will also feature a return to Miami, USA, for the first time since season one in an all-new location - the Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Diriyah in Saudi Arabia will host the first double-header of the season in a new venue, while Tokyo will also stage back-to-back races after a successful inaugural E-Prix this year. Jakarta, Indonesia will return to the calendar following a one-year hiatus.
Season 11 will begin in São Paulo, Brazil, on December 7 and finish with a double-header final race in London.
Alberto Longo, co-founder and chief championship officer at Formula E, added: “We’re thrilled to offer a calendar with some fresh new highlights while building on our legacy locations. Returning to Miami gives us a home in one of the US’s most iconic and sports-mad cities while securing a double-header in Monaco is a dream come true.”
This year’s Formula E World Championship began in Mexico City in January and concludes in London in late July.
