Golf’s Ladies European Tour (LET) has today announced the extension of its partnership with golf ball manufacturer Titleist for a further three years.
The brand will continue to serve as the LET’s official golf ball partner through the 2026 season.
Titleist, owned by the Acushnet Group, took on the role at the start of the 2021 campaign for three years, having established a relationship with the LET in 2020 when it supplied golf balls for its return to play following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The renewed deal sees Titleist continuing to provide its Pro V1 golf balls to practice on ranges for LET players across all tournaments on the LET schedule, as well as both organizations developing on-site activations and working together to create digital campaigns.
Fiona Harold, LET commercial director, said: “Since welcoming Titleist to the LET family as an official partner in 2021, our relationship has gone from strength to strength.
“Titleist is committed to supporting the women’s game on all levels and we’re delighted to continue working with a brand that is hugely important to the tour and our members.”
Matthew Johnson, Acushnet Europe's general manager in the UK, added: “We are proud to partner with the LET for the next three years and see this as a great fit for our respective organizations.”
Titleist is also a commercial partner of the US-based Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).
The LET last month postponed a vote amongst its membership (at the last minute) around a proposal to merge with the LPGA - something that had been in the works since 2019.
Finalization of the merger now requires a 60% approval from the entire LET membership.
