Spanish soccer’s LaLiga has agreed a new partnership with CoinW, the Asia-based cryptocurrency exchange.
The deal marks CoinW's first entry into the international sports sector, and it will serve as the official regional crypto exchange of LaLiga in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
The tie-up will focus predominantly activities such as interactive fan engagement programs, exclusive rewards and giveaway, educational campaigns on blockchain, and immersive soccer-themed events throughout the year.
CoinW joins an expanding roster of blockchain brands allied with the top Spanish league. This agreement comes just three months after LaLiga named Sportsbet.io as its official crypto sportsbook partner for the MENAT region (Middle East, North Africa and Turkey).
