The French Rugby Federation (FFR) has today unveiled German sportswear giant adidas as its new kit supplier under a four-year contract.
It will replace French brand Le Coq Sportif, which has supplied the French national teams' kits for the past six years.
The deal sees the FFR reunite with Adidas after Le Coq Sportif had taken over from the German firm in 2018.
In its previous deal, Adidas replaced rival NIKE as France's kit supplier in 2012.
Overall, the brand has an 18-year history with the FFR.
The new four-year agreement will run through 2028 and will include next year’s Women’s Rugby World Cup in England, the 2027 men’s edition in Australia, and multiple editions of the iconic annual Six Nations international rugby tournament.
French construction engineering company Altrad Group is the FFR’s shirt sponsor under a deal extended in February for another two-and-a-half years.
