The Cricket South Africa (CSA) governing body has awarded exclusive broadcasting rights for all home international matches to media outlet ARY Digital Network in Pakistan through 2027.

Through the agreement, all international fixtures hosted by CSA will be broadcast on ARY's premier sports channel, A Sports.

A Sports will provide coverage including live broadcasts, analysis, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.

The deal has been announced with Pakistan's men's team set to tour South Africa for eight games overall - two tests, and six limited-overs games - across December and January.

Pakistan is currently ranked fourth on South African cricket streaming figures, accounting for 9.1% of total global viewership, it has been claimed.

The deal was brokered by sports marketing agency giant IMG and follows CSA’s recently announced agreement with Foxtel Group to broadcast the country’s men’s and women’s international matches on Foxtel and Kayo Sports in Australia.

IMG has worked with CSA for the past 30 years and manages the federation’s international media rights.

Rathindra Basu, VP for India & South Asia and pan regional sales, APAC, for IMG’s media business, has said: “Pakistan is one of the world’s most passionate cricketing nations. Together with CSA, we’re continuing to deliver increased commercial opportunities for the sport and grow the Proteas’ audience worldwide.”

Last month, ARY also secured domestic media rights to all Pakistan home international matches until December 2026.

CSA, meanwhile, unveiled online betting brand Dafabet as a new shirt sponsor for its national teams late last month.
