The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) mixed martial arts promotion will host its 30th event in the UK next March, it has been announced.
UFC unveiled today that a Fight Night event will be held in the English capital of London on March 22, at The O2 Arena.
This will mark the promotion’s first visit to London in two years, following the staging of UFC 286 and UFC Fight Night: Aspinall vs Tybura at The O2 in 2023.
The promotion last visited the UK overall, meanwhile, in July this year.
Tickets for next March’s event will go on sale in late January, with On Location (another property owned by Endeavor, alongside UFC’s owner TKO Group) in charge of hospitality sales.
On Location acts as UFC’s official VIP experience provider, with such packages containing “premium seating, VIP access to weigh-ins, all-inclusive hospitality, [and] meet-and-greets with UFC athletes.”
Earlier this month, TKO Group unveiled its third quarter financial results, with UFC generating $354.9 million in income during the three months up to September 30.
While this was down from $397.5 million year-on-year, three more events were held in Q3 2023 compared to the prior year, significantly contributing to the income decrease.
In late October, meanwhile, UFC and streaming platform Kick announced a global marketing deal.
