TF1, the French commercial broadcaster, has acquired rights to air the final four matches of the UEFA Nations League European national teams tournament in June.
The finals tournament, to be played between France, Germany, Spain, and Portugal, is being staged in Germany from June 4 to 8.
The broadcaster already holds rights to show two matches involving the French national team – a semi-final match against Spain on June 5 and either the third-placed match (if the team lose) or the final (if the team win and progress).
However, the broadcaster has now secured the other two matches that do not involve the French team from media outlet L’Équipe – the other semi-final between Germany and Portugal on June 4 and either the third-placed match or final – so all four matches will be aired exclusively on TF1’s linear channel and TF1+ streaming service.
The rights add to TF1’s large soccer offering, which includes this year’s 2025 UEFA Women’s European Championship and highlights covering French soccer’s top-tier Ligue 1.
The rights acquisition comes shortly after it was announced that Amazon Prime Video, the e-commerce giant’s OTT service, will offer matches from the UEFA Nations League on a pay-per-view (PPV) basis.

By GlobalDataThe matches are part of a wider deal for Amazon to offer all UEFA men's national team matches via PPV through June 2026, including select European qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and European international friendlies, as well as Nations League play-off games.
Prime Video also offers matches from Ligue 1 on a PPV basis. That deal sees up to three Ligue 1 games per weekend becoming available on Prime Video's marketplace, and similarly to the Nations League matches, the cost for UK fans will be £2.49 ($3.31) per game, with no requirement to sign up for Amazon Prime membership.
