The Super League, the top tier of rugby league in the UK, has entered into a new commercial partnership with energy solutions firm egg.

Through the deal, egg becomes the first clean energy partner of the 12-team Super League, as well as of England Rugby League and the Challenge Cup knockout competition.

The deal will see egg benefit from match day, stadium, and digital advertising, as well as logo placement on jerseys of England rugby league players.

This wider deal comes on the back of a specific tie-up between egg and Super League side Leigh Leopards, through which the firm has installed solar panels and electric charging points.

Other Super League brand partners include title sponsor Betfred (in position through 2026), as well as Northern Railway, Loch Lomond Whiskies, and Smart Energy GB.

This deal has been unveiled with the 2025 Super League set to get underway on February 13 (next Thursday).
