Austrian commercial broadcaster Puls 24 will provide free-to-air coverage of the US Open tennis grand slam under a multi-year sub-licensing deal.

The agreement was struck with rights holder Sportdeutschland.TV, the sports streaming platform created by the German Olympic sports federation, the DOSB.

Sportdeutschland.TV originally secured exclusive rights to the US Open in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in July 2023 in a four-year deal.

Through the sub-licensing deal, Puls 24, which is owned by German commercial network ProSiebenSat.1, will broadcast the tournament on its linear TV channel, Joyn streaming service, and online.

Two matches will be shown daily until the quarter-finals, while two women's and two men's matches will be broadcast in the quarter-finals, as well as one semi-final match (first pick).

Every US Open match will also be shown in Austria by Sportdeutschland.TV.
