US network Fox Sports has today unveiled rights to show matches from the remainder of the 2023-24 English Premiership Rugby season.
Fox will sub-license 10 live matches from Major League Rugby (MLR), which holds exclusive domestic rights to English rugby union’s top-tier competition.
MLR agreed a two-year US rights deal with Premiership Rugby last September to broadcast the league on its streaming platform, The Rugby Network (TRN).
Fox Sports will now provide linear television coverage of the end of the season, including the final six league games, play-offs, and the 2024 Premiership Rugby final on June 8.
All matches will be shown on the Fox Sports 2 and Fox Soccer Plus channels.
The Fox Sports fixtures in the league’s final six weeks will feature the teams vying for the play-offs such as Harlequins, Saracens, Bath Rugby, Sale Sharks, Exeter Chiefs, and Northampton Saints.
