Global sports streaming platform DAZN has agreed to a content distribution partnership with Evision, the media and entertainment division of the e& Emirati technology and investment group.
Through the tie-up, the DAZN Combat FAST channel will be available on Evision’s new STARZ ON OTT streaming platform across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
DAZN Combat features boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA) content, including live events, highlights, archive fights, and documentaries.
The channel will show live boxing events from Matchroom Boxing, Golden Boy, and MF & DAZN: X Series, along with combat sports from the likes of Brave Combat Federation, Oktagon MMA, and TNA Impact.
The distribution deal builds on DAZN’s growing presence in the region, as it was recently the global broadcast partner of Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Season, providing coverage of several major boxing fight cards.
Shay Segev, chief executive of DAZN Group, said: “This partnership highlights our commitment to global distribution to sports fans worldwide. Our content will now be available in the MENA region, one of the most evolving and exciting sports entertainment markets.”
