Cisco to get fans connected at EuroLeague Final Four
Cisco, the US technology giant, has come on board to provide connectivity solutions at this weekend’s EuroLeague Final Four basketball competition in Vitoria-Gasteiz in Spain.
Through a partnership with Euroleague Basketball, Cisco is providing fans with free access to a powerful wireless network at the Fernando Buesa Arena, the venue for the season climax.
The deal is intended to ensure easy access to EuroLeague content and the uploading of social media posts and images from the event, which runs from Friday to Sunday.
Over 15,000 spectators are expected at the arena, and they will have access to digital services such as the FanGuide and the EuroLeague Mobile App, plus information on transportation to and from the venue.
This year’s Final Four is being contested by defending EuroLeague champions Real Madrid of Spain, CSKA Moscow of Russia and Turkish teams Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul and Anadolu Efes Istanbul.
