FINA honours IOC President

Juan Antonio Samaranch, the President of the International Olympic Committee, was awarded the "FINA Order" by the FINA Bureau at its meeting in Kuwait. The Federation Internationale de Natation Amateur gave President Samaranch its highest award in recognition of the committment and devotion he has given to the sport of swimming.
