The acquisition provides a tremendous opportunity to combine best practice from two of the industry’s leading operators and set a new bench mark for golf management. The combined group will be very strong financially, creating an excellent platform for future acquisition and consolidation and allowing us to continue to invest in and improve the current portfolio of courses.”
