Global sportswear giant Puma has announced New Zealand's national soccer team as its latest kit partner.
The “long-term” agreement will see Puma produce home and away kits, as well as training wear, for all ten of the New Zealand national soccer teams, covering both the men’s and women’s teams, as well as all youth categories down to under-17.
New Zealand soccer’s national esports team will also wear the jerseys, as will the men’s and women’s futsal teams.
The partnership will start during the February 2024 international team break where New Zealand's men's team will play twice against yet-to-be-announced opponents.
In 2024, the New Zealand soccer team will represent the country at the Paris Olympics, as well as the Men’s Futsal World Cup.
Johan Adamsson, global director of sports marking & licensed products at Puma, stated: “We are thrilled to be able to continue the growth of the beautiful game in the Oceania region. We are excited by the ambition of NZF and look forward to pursuing success on the international stage together.”
