BeIN Sports France, part of the Qatar-controlled pay-television sports network, has renewed its rights to National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) events through a new agreement with US sports broadcaster ESPN.
The renewal, covering the upcoming 2023-24 season, will see BeIN Sports retain the rights to NCAA College Football and NCAA College Basketball tournaments.
The broadcaster will continue to show two college football matches every week, including Conference Championship games from the Big 12, Southeastern Conference, and Atlantic Coast Conference.
The pay-TV giant will also continue to show 10 Bowl games, including the season-ending College Football Playoffs.
The deal also includes BeIN Sports providing coverage for two college basketball games a week, with a total of 20 games from the season-ending March Madness tournament, including the Final Four and the championship decider.
Additionally, the broadcaster will also show several NCAA-focused documentaries from the ESPN archive, including those focused on the top-tier National Basketball Association (NBA), Women’s WNBA, National Basketball League, and Major League Baseball (MLB).
