BeIN Sports, the international pay-TV broadcaster, has extended its deal to broadcast F1 Academy, the top motor racing series’ all-female development category, across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Turkey until 2033.

All seven rounds of the upcoming 2025 season will be broadcast live on BeIN Sports in English, Arabic, and Turkish, and available to stream on BeIN’s OTT platform, TOD.

The new season will open in Shanghai on March 21-23, followed by Jeddah in April, and races in Miami, Montreal, Zandvoort, and Singapore, before a first season-ending race weekend in Las Vegas on November 20-22.

BeIN’s eight-year extension builds on its initial deal to show F1 Academy in the 2024 season. As well as MENA, that agreement covered several countries in Southeast Asia.

The Qatar-based broadcaster also holds F1 rights in MENA, Southeast Asia, and Turkey.

Last year, F1 Academy was shown live in over 160 international territories and streamed live globally with 23 broadcasters airing the 2024 campaign.

This year’s F1 Academy circuit will welcome 10 new full-time drivers as well as seven drivers returning for their second season. A total of 17 full-time drivers will compete in 14 races across seven rounds.

Richard Verow, chief sports officer at BeIN Media Group, said: “The extension of our partnership with F1 Academy for the next eight seasons in MENA and Türkiye is fully aligned with our corporate commitment that drives a broader mission of elevating female athletes, enhancing their visibility, and ensuring they receive the media recognition they deserve.”

F1 Academy is among a host of women’s sports that BeIN holds broadcast rights, with the group’s portfolio also including soccer’s UEFA Women’s Euro, UEFA Women's Champions League, and FIFA Women’s World Cup.
