Uniqlo, the Japanese fashion brand, has expanded and extended its long-standing commercial tie-up with the International Tennis Federation (ITF).
Through a tie-up unveiled today, the brand has struck an official clothing supplier deal with tennis’ governing body.
That designation entails Uniqlo providing clothing for the match officials at all ITF events during the partnership, including the tennis events at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics.
Uniqlo, part of the Fast Retailing firm, will provide several items for ITF officials, including a polo shirt, jogger pants, and a parka. All items will be branded with the ITF logo and the logo of the specific tournament where it is worn.
This deal adds to a relationship between the ITF and Uniqlo which has run since 2014, when the brand became the title sponsor of the ITF’s Wheelchair Tennis Tour.
The last extension was unveiled in January 2022.
