CazeTV, the Brazilian sports streaming platform run by Casimiro Miguel, has secured domestic rights to the first-ever game from American football’s NFL to take place in that market, as part of a wider media rights deal.
The NFL unveiled that its inaugural game in South America – in which the Green Bay Packers will take on the Philadelphia Eagles on September 6 in Sao Paulo – will air on CazeTV as well as across its two other Brazilian partners, free-to-air RedeTV! and sports heavyweight ESPN.
All three will broadcast onsite from the game, to be held at Sao Paulo’s Corinthians Arena.
CazeTV, which also covers major sporting events such as the ongoing UEFA European Championship soccer tournament and the upcoming Paris Olympics, will stream the Packers-Eagles clash across YouTube, Twitch, Samsung TV Plus, as well as on the Amazon Prime Video service which CazeTV has a partnership with.
As well as the game itself, the streaming service will cover the other NFL 2024 international games (from Germany and the UK), and a new NFL-focused show on Sundays throughout the season.
Aside from this trio of partners, the game will also be available globally (in both English and Portuguese) on the NFL Game Pass service through sports streaming heavyweight DAZN.

Sameer Pabari, the NFL’s managing director for international media, said: “With more than 35 million Brazilian NFL fans, the monumental reach offered via these innovative partnerships will take our game further — allowing both passionate and new NFL fans of all ages to experience this first-ever NFL game played in their own country.”
RedeTV! has been an NFL partner in Brazil since 2022 (when a three-year deal was struck), while ESPN Brazil has covered the 32-team league for over 25 years.
Sao Paulo was unveiled as the host city for the NFL’s inaugural regular season game in South America last December, with Brazil being home (the league has claimed) to the second-largest NFL fanbase outside the US.
CazeTV, meanwhile, secured rights to French soccer’s Ligue 1 earlier this month.
The agreement, which replaces ESPN’s coverage on its Star+ streaming service, will run for three years until the end of the 2026-27 season.
CazéTV’s rights deals are now brokered by agency LiveMode, which manages the channel as a joint venture with Miguel.
