1) Outlook 2007 users can subscribe by opening the RSS Feeds folder, selecting ‘Add a New RSS Feed’ and copying and pasting the relevant link from the right e.g. www.sportcal.com/Feeds/RSSbySport.aspx?Sport='NewsMedia'. The selected feed will then appear as a new folder in your inbox.

2) Browsers such as IE8, Firefox, Opera and Safari offer RSS functionality. Click on the orange RSS button in the toolbar and select the Sportcal feed of your choice. The feed will then be added to your favourites.

3) Download a RSS reader such as FeedDemon (Windows) or NetNewsWire (Mac) from www.newsgator.com/individuals/default.aspx and add Sportcal feeds by copying and pasting the relevant link into the reader.
